• We will provide as many shipping options as possible, including DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and EMS, Airfreight and by Sea, and we also have third-party warehouse in US and AU, timely shipment can be arranged.
• Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days after payment is verified.

Warranty & Return

• Hitosino provides a 2-year warranty for products purchased from all official stores.
• If you want to get an extra 1-year warranty, please contact us. Thanks!
• If Hitosino products don’t meet your requirements, you can return the products for a full refund within 30 days (for new products) or 15 days (for refurbished products). You are responsible for the shipping costs.
• Hitosino is not responsible for any shipping fee if you want to return the products that are in good quality.

  Hik and Dahua softwares can be downloaded from their official website, and only original products are fully compatible with the softwares.
